All these tracks from last year, what's up with that? (OMG, I've drifted into a bad SNL skit). Well, as the advertisements used to go, if you haven't heard it, it's new to you. And I must admit, I hadn't heard this one. Possibly one of the most bizarre Christmas tunes you'll hear this year (or last, or next). Courtesy of Slumberland Records, we have the nearly 9 minute mix of "It's Xmas And I've Got Everything I Want" from the Spectrals. The cover art alone is precious. But the song... well, the song kinda sounds like the inside of my head these days.
Now, before I found the Soundcloud offering from the label, I came across this on MP3 Hugger, an awesome web site with an awesome mega post of Christmas freebies today. MP3 Hugger freebies are only free for a couple of days, so run right over and get you an armful or two while you can.
