This is a nice sounding bit of Hanukkah Twee from The Holiday Scene, which is made up of some folks from the New York band Pale Lights and a few other folks. "Eight Dates A Week" is a holiday romance that starts, blooms, withers and dies over the eight nights of Hanukkah. And they said it wouldn't last. Well, I guess they were right.
