Pentatonix has an announcement set for Monday and that likely has something to do with their Christmas plans this year. K-Pop Boy Band EXO are planning on dropping a new album in December. And word is it's a Christmas or (at least) winter-themed set.
Lots of new listings in our NOT THE LIST below, including Wynton Marsalis, Orla Fallon, and (as expected) Dionne Warwick. But I really wanted to call your attention to the coming release from The Good Lovelies, which you won't find on Amazon...yet.
The Good Lovelies are a Canadian vocal harmony Folk Pop trio who gave us the exceptional "Under The Mistletoe" in 2009. But that was a decade ago. And, even though we got a special little treat in the form of a seasonal EP, "Winter's Calling", in 2014 (with one track free on that year's edition of "Ho Ho Ho Canada"), I find myself thirsty for another cup of Yuletide cheer from this awesome group.
The new Good Lovelies Christmas album is called "Evergreen" and you can pre-order it in both vinyl and CD formats. Official release date is November 22. And, while we lack a complete track list, we know it will include "Little Saint Nick", "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)", "Jingle Bells", "O Holy Night", "Please Come Home For Christmas", "Silver Bells", and "(Everybody's Waiting For) The Man With The Bag".
And, with that, welcome back my friends to the list that never ends.
